Our member PRS were appointed to design an integrated waterproofing and gas membrane system for the scheme and were then appointed to install the specialist system to all the sites. 
 
The project is a combination of 4 working sites developing social housing. With houses, apartment blocks and extra care unit including lift pits. 
 
The social care unit is built into the slopping site and requires tanking using a combined gas and waterproofing. The main cavity drain membrane AT800 with drainage channels with sumps and pumps. This is combined with Visqueen Gas Barrier and ultimate gas DPC to form a complete system of waterproofing and gas protection on the extra care unit. 
All the housing requires a gas membrane to CS2 level protection. The project started at the end of 2022 and is continuing through 2023 
 
Premier Guarantee are the building warrantee provider for the project scheme giving approval for the design of the installation. The main contractor is Rowlinson Construction.
